This policy explains what information M/S Caprio, trading as Caprio Interiors ("Caprio Interiors", "we", "us"), collects when you use this website or contact us about interiors for your home, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit a consultation form, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we collect the details you give us:

Your name
Your phone number
Your email address, if you provide it
Details about your home and project: property type, your possession or move-in timeline, your budget range and the apartment or project name, if you provide them

We also record how you reached the site, so we know which of our advertisements and links are working. This includes advertising and campaign parameters in the page address (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid and fbclid), the page you enquired from and the page that referred you. These are kept in your browser only for the current visit and sent to us together with your enquiry. If you tap a WhatsApp button on the site, we record that the button was tapped, with the same information, but not the content of any message.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you, understand your requirements, arrange a consultation or site measurement, and prepare designs and quotes for your home. We use the advertising parameters to measure and improve our marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account and a copy is sent to our email inbox. Google acts as our service provider for this storage.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers we use to store and manage enquiries, who may use it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and follow up on it, and for any longer period required by law. After that we delete them.

Your choices and requesting deletion

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at from the address you used, or tell us the phone number you gave, and we will act on your request within a reasonable time. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
